WILL THE REAL JEFFERSONIAN PLEASE STAND UP?

While the media mainly focuses on the Republican Party Primaries and Caucasus, the Libertarian Party has eight candidates campaigning for the LP Presidential Nomination, which include Gary Johnson of New Mexico, R.J. Harris of Oklahoma, and R. Lee Wrights of Texas.
Meanwhile, the Democrat Party also has Candidates campaign for their parties nomination, Randall Terry from West Virginia, Vermin Supreme of Massachusetts, and Darcy Richardson of Florida.

Aside from where the national media's attention is, the question that emerges from the political movements of the Tea Party and the Conservative-Republicans and Libertarian-Republicans and Libertarians, is who is the Jeffersonian Presidential Candidate? Regardless of Party a deeper look at the candidate can answer this question, starting from the performance artist Vermin Supreme, who comically exposes the farce of politics, all the way to the Republican-Libertarian all-star Ron Paul of Texas. Those easiest to dismiss, as to being Jeffersonian, was the other parties such as the Green Party, The Nazi Party, the Reform Party, the Communist Party, the Socialist Party, and so on. So that leaves only the Republican Party and the Libertarian Party.

Looking at the Republican Party Candidates Mitt Romney its easy to strike him from the list due to his "Big-Government" position. Then there is Rick Samtorum, another "Big-Government" Republican who has flip-flopped more than Obama. Samtorum's Position on Government Spending and Taxation disqualify him to ever being considered a Jeffersonian. Then their is Texas Governor Rick Perry, a former Democrat who is "Big-Government" on Spending and Taxation. His Positions on the issues are a song and dance for liberty, yet even Perry turned to

the Federal Department of Homeland Security to address the El Paso Border Issue with the Mexican Cartels rather than exercising the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Next we have former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, well his records speaks for itself. Gingrich is a Republican in name only, ranging from his position on the TARP bailout to his voting record on the Obama health care bill. Skipping over Jon Huntsman, we are left with Libertarian-Republican Ron Paul, who is truly more for small-government then anyof the other candidates on the Republican ticket.

In the Libertarian Party we have several Liberty Minded advocates of freedom. Republican turned Libertarian Gary Johnson, Governor of New Mexico. He is vetting for the libertarian Party nomination long with R.J. Harris an Officer in the Army National Guard and Lee Wrights the founder and editor of libertyforall.net. These Three Libertarian Party Candidates all have principles grounded in liberty.

So lets take a look at how Ron Paul, Gary Johnson, R.J. Harris, and Lee Wrights measure up as a Jeffersonian Candidate:

I am a Jeffersonian.

What is Jeffersonianism? It is a political opinion, a belief, a philosophy. Unlike that of the Democrat or the republican; it is neither conservative nor is it liberal, it is libertarian and it is constitutional. unlike the Federalism of the Democrat or Republican party it is anti-federalist.

To compare Jeffersonian views to that of the Democrat and Republican Party to give one a clearer picture of their distinctions, I shall illustrate:

The list goes on. it is notable to state that the two federal parties advocate a federally controlled economy. Where as a Jeffersonian it is controlled by the people in a free market system. No Centralized banking yet a gold standard is a highlight of a Jeffersonian society. No taxation on individual income. Taxation being necessary,but not on individual income.

Jeffersonianism is against standing armies during peace time, federalism calls for large military presents both abroad and stateside. Jersonianism would have no foreign bases.

Jeffersonianism advocates foreign relations as non-interventionism but more on open trade, and diplomatic affairs. Another nations war is not ours. We shall not take sides. However, trading and providing arms with are allies is necessary to maintain strong alliances.

National Government over Federal Government works best. the individual freedom is assured only when the National Government never infringes upon the individual. The people should govern the Government.

The States being autonomous yet in alliance with neighboring states, by and through a union comprised of those states in a Nation Government. Most effective in a Unitarian system with a administrative federalism governed by a constitution in effect the by-laws of that administrative body. Hence, states rights. In addition, the protection of individual right is need to keep both the states and the national government from violating those individual liberties. Rights listed in the bill of rights, the amendments to the constitution,are guaranteed by such and are not dedicated to any governing body to regulate or control nor legislate. Therefore, right such as the 2nd amendment the right to own and carry a gun are protected by the constitution and the General Assembly of the United States nor the president nor the Supreme Court nor the states Governor, courts or general assembly, nor the county or municipal governments have the right nor the power to regulate, control, legislate or anyway infringe upon that right to carry or own a firearm. So any law legislated at any level of Government that controls, regulates, or legislates the right to bare arms is unconstitutional.

The Truth About Federalism By Blindislad

Definitions of federalism very in today's society. When researching what form of Government the United States is one may be surprised to find more then one classification such as Republic, Democracy, and even Federation. A federation is a system of government of a group of sovereign states, so defined in many dictionary's, much like a union or a confederation. But it is in the function and administration that differentiates these collective state systems.

The Evils of Federalism where warned and even protested by many of our forefathers,in the 1780's the Anti-Federalist apposed a Strong Central Government and advocated states rights in fear that Federal Government would oppress the liberties of the people.

It was in 1777, that the United States was a Confederation of States. When this system of government failed, it was moved that the new Untied States need to be unified by some form of government, a system that would guarantee states rights and would protect the liberties of the individual. A strong inconsistency for a Bill of Rights was Urged. As well, the question of what form of Government would be anew for the nation. The general goal was to get a close to a republic as defined by the philosophers of the Age of Enlightenment as Possible. The end result sums up as follows:
1) a new form of government was created up like any other, a Republican Form of Government, a nation governed by law and not of mob rule like a democracy. a hybrid government system, Representative of its people, governed by law, with the administrative function of a federation, and a Unitarian government structure for the rights of the states.
2) have s federal structure within the national government it was prevention of despotism was much needed, for a federation would know no limit of its power, it would centralize it self, oppress states rights, and rape the people of their liberties. in Order to prevent the tyranny of despotism a Constitution of intruded to by the chains up on federal government. in addition was a bill of rights, amendments to the constitution to protect the liberties of the people.

So the government we should have is a Representative Democracy, a Republican Form of Government. A Unitarian System of Strong States Rights and a weak national Government. Where individual liberty is guaranteed. and the Federal Government is restrained by the Constitution.

So what Happened?

Well, history reflects the fall of the Free Republic and the Rise of Federalism. The Struggle between Federalism and Liberty have been going on since the formation of this nation. Around 1845, the Federation became to come in to power and when it asserted it power and authority so the southern states retaliated by succeeding from the union. The Southern States formed their own national government, the Confederate States of America, a confederation that had strong states rights and a weak central government. The union was divided in disunity over many issues including the succession. which lead the national Government to flex its federal authority and commission Federal Agents and solders to suppress the "rebels". the Federalization of Military troops started the Standing Armies in this nation that are still Standing.

Then the Banking Taking over of the Government Happened in the turn of the century. in 1823 till 1900 the Sherman Anti-trust laws affected large Corporations Such as Union Rail Road, Carnegie Steel, Standard Oil, United Copper, and others. This effected J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller and others to where we find banker running for office and backers running their own candidates in a political Coup d'état, which lead to the election of congressmen Aldrich in 1879, and then senator in 1899. And the election of President McKinley in 189, Roosevelt in 1901 and Taft in 1909. Which all lead to the formation and establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1913 and the IRS in 1906, and the Passing of the 16th amendment (income taxation) in 1913.

This the Rise of the Federation has been unfolding for for years and had come to what we know today; Smoking bans, income taxation, police state, drug war, patriot act, mortgage crisis, bank bail-out, automotive company bail-outs, inflation, unemployment, globalization and wars. Liberty is gone, WAKE UP! We live in tyranny and we still claim freedom, when we our slaves in a despot Federation. Unconstitutional Federation.

The Destabilization of the Middle East

From Egypt to Libya, Yemen to Saudi Arabia, Morocco to Algeria, Tunisia to Jordan, Syria, and from Iran to Bahrain. The uprising of the people against their own Government rings through out the region. It is only to plan to the un-obscured eye that the destabilization of the Middle East is in Full Swing. Rather it is being perpetrated by the United States or Al Qaeda is unclear at this time. what is clear is that these uprisings and pretest are the result of inceptions carried out in these countries to in effect stir up the people to speak out against their governments and cause insurrections and civil wars. It is a type of coup d'état.

Whether or not you see this unfolding or not it is well know that all these Countries are known to have much in common; the war or terrorism, Al Qaeda, US occupation or US Military and/or political interest. One particular point if interest in the region is the Suez Canal in Egypt. It is currently under International treaty. The Suez Canal is a key transportation seaway for transportation of every vessel of commerce, allowing water transport between Europe and Asia. It is a very important piece of property, Anyone who possessed control over this water way between Port Said and Suez, could prevent Naval Fleets from entering the Red Sea from the Mediterranean Sea. It is important not just for Commerce, like Oil Transport, it has its military interest in times of War.

How to Topple a Government without engaging in war? incite the people to rise up against their own government and topple it from within. Then in the after math go in and help establish the new government and in doing so establish your own political control. The Art of War,without firing a bullet. Let the enemy destroy itself.

This was attempted in Vietnam on December 30th, 1968 with the Tet Offensive. The North Vietnamese Army Attacked Saigon with the help of the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam. Their hope was that once they attacked the people would rise up against the South Vietnamese Army and the US Army. Which it did not happen, the Tet Offensive turned against them. If it had the US and South Vietnam would have lost within days after the attack.

The Soviet Union was brought down in this manner, after the German uprising that brought down the Berlin wall, the USSR soon followed in a similar fashion with lead in time to its fall.

Is it by coincidence that this entire region is in uprising? The US having had conflicts in this countries for over 20 years. And now only 10 years after the 9/11. The battle in Afghanistan Continues, Iraq is still a battlefront in the war on terror, even in northern Iraq the Curds are in unrest. Then right in the middle in Israel, where the Gaza Strip is in Conflict.

War is on the Horizon. the fuse has been lite and it will explode in the middle east. Even in China events have been unfolding. With with China and the US we have had continued conflict with North Korea.

The Reality we must face here in the States is two things, 1) Protest against the US government will take place here in the US and has already in Chicago; 2) we will see a world war declared before the end of this decade.

The Sad King (a story)

Many tears ago in a distant and far off land Lived a rich and powerful King. He had many loyal servants and devoted subjects. He had a queen who was the most beautiful women in all the land. he had everything that money could buy. Yet the King was unhappy, incomprehensibly depressed. his sadness was great he would set in the window of his bed chamber all day and night, looking over his kingdom and sigh.

One day in drug himself in his lethargy and in thrown of his court. All his subjects and servants mused, hoping he was coming out of his sadness. The gathered in the silence of the court awaiting the words of the king. And the waited, and they waited.

Soon the Queen came and sat at her husbands side. She took his hand and inquired,"My Love, My King, My Husband? is there anything I may do to please thee, to see you smile again?" the king looked upon his loving wife and said,"My Love, My Queen, My wife. You have done some much and I love thee so. It sorrows me more knowing that even in your grace and beauty I still remain in this eternal sadness, my cruse is yours as well and that is unbearable to me."

The King then turned and addressed his court,"I hereby set forth a decree that ANYONE who can lift this cures of sadness from me as so I may enjoy life once again with joy, laughter, contentment, and gratitude; will be rewarded land, gold, a wife, live-stock, a castle, and servants. And I shall grant them Title of Notability a Count and they shall be know through out the land forever and ever. I say this and so it shall be."

So it was posted through out the land that if anyone could make the King happy once again they would be granted riches,, Fame, and Nobility. They came from far an near. Clowns, jesters, Singers, Poets, dancers and all sorts. One by one they lined in by the thousands to bring the King Happiness. Still he did not smile and dismissed them one by one. This continued for almost five years. and the kings rose from his thrown and the court became silent. The King looked over the court and shook his head.
"This is Pointless! These Marry and Amusing Spectacles are fine, very fine indeed, yet they do not bring me joy. The very best talent in the world I have seen, yet I am still cured with sadness. The best physicians, and Sages, even the Priest of far have come to treatment and I waken again to my depression. Dismiss them all. Get me my robe, prepare my horses and my carriage. I am going out."

So the King for the first time in year ventured out of his palace to view his land up close rather then from his chamber window. He thought,"maybe the air will be me good." He viewed out his carriage as he past the people and houses. in the hamlets and farms he peered out up on the smiles and greeting from his people as he pasted by. They where happy to see him, yet he was not happy at all.

Every morning the King would drag himself out to the carriage and would travel through his land, hoping to find something anything that would life his sadness. Days became years and the King was growing from his youth, not yet an old man, yet still he watched his son grow into a young man. Oh how he regretted missing the joys of his sons childhood. Another sigh as he gazed out the carriage. "Maybe I should cast myself off the cliff into the ocean and end this suffering." he said to himself. before ordering that he be taken to the coast.

As the carriage moved along the woodland roads of his kingdom heading in the distance of the coast to the cliff ranges of the kings intended tomb. He sat with droopy eyes starring out in a trans-like state, sinking in his bog of self-pity. Then to his surprise he notice an old man walking in the other direction and this toothless man was Grinning from ear to ear, his attire rags, no shoes and homeless by all appearance. The king sat up and yelled out,"HALT!!!" the carriage stopped on his command. The kind throw open the carriage door and begun walking toward the Poor, Homeless yet blissful man. Two Palace Guards followed the king, has the king pursued the Poor Blissful Man. "You there! Stop! I NEED to talk to you!"

The old man stopped and turn toward the King who was eagerly approaching him with two palace guards. "Oh my." said the poor man. "Your Highness, Forgive give me that I am not about to bow properly." and he bowed his head down. The guards aggressively approached the poor man, one saying, "You will bow to your King!"
"Enough! be gone you disrespectful men in my uniform, have not no respect for your elders! Go!" The Guards stopped and went back to the carriage as their king had dismissed them.
Then old man said,"I am sorry your Highness, my knees are old and I would have trouble getting up if i did."
"No Sir, It is I who am sorry." said the King.
"Pardon me your Highness?" said the Poor old man still possessing a genuine smile.
"Yes. Well in all sorrow I am. Sir you Must tell me the Secrete. Why is it that you are so happy, you are poor, you ware rags, you are smiling in sincerity, yet you are gleaming with a blissful state? How?"
The old man smiled a grin from ear to ear, a toothless smile, yet it still could make the heavens sing. And the words he said where like magic to the Kings ear,"When I wake each morning I greet the day with a smile, as I do all whom I meet all through the day. I helped a Farmer on his way to market, he offered to pay but I could not see what for. I helped to set a pig who was caught in a vine. I help a blind women find her way to the church. Many things I do for others is a daily joy, its what I do everyday. So, even though I grow old, my bones hurt most all the time, it takes me awhile when I rise from my bed as it does when I retire every night, and still then I say Good Night with a smile."
The king had never hear anyone speak in such away. and he just had to ask,"Does this contentment this happiness originate in you?" and the man answered,"in me and through me. Happiness comes from within not from without. as a young man i learned that trying to be happy was like a dog chasing his tell he never gets a hold of it. It was giving a smile and being a servant to all men that I found happiness. Its in giving that one receives."
The King Feel on his knees and tears flowed out like rain. The Guards where alert and where about to run over to his aid when the King pointed toward them as to stay, and they did had he indicated.
With tears streaming down the Kings face he said to the old man,"Truly, it is I who must bow before you Sir, for you are the riches man in all the land, No your riches are not Gold, but in Happiness. And your castle is Contentment. Oh how I want to dwell in your Kingdom!"

The Man approached the king and placed his hand upon him,"And what are you willing to do?"

"Anything", Replied the King.

"Then Go be of service to everyone you meet. treat them with kindness, accept no reward, no praise. be the servant and you too shall be king of happiness. Raise and be content love others and be of service to your fellows." the man said unto the king.

The king rose up and Smiled a big smile, even his eyes smiled shining his new hope.
"Dear Sir, It written that anyone who could bring me happiness will receive Gold, Land, a castle, a wife, live-stock, fame, and a Title of Nobility. You are entitled to this, i am grateful and happy, I am indebted to you."

"No your highness, i respectfully decline. As you said my Wealth is Happiness, my Castle is Contentment. My reward was seeing you smile again. And besides, you just dubbed my the King of Happiness." Said the old man.

"I did." the King Smiles. "And so it is so it shall always be be, you are the King of Happiness Sir. So say I the King."

So the King of Happiness Continued on his way walking, Smiling, and gleaming with Blissfulness. The King Decided he would walk and set his rode in the carriage and placed his crown in a carrier bag he put over his shoulder. He sent the carriage back to the palace. The two place Guard stood looking at each other. "Come on you can walk with me." the king said to the guards.

So the King walk with the King of Happiness, and the two Palace Guard.

The King lived humbly for the rest of his days, spend much time with his son and his wife, Happy, peaceful and content.

The King of Happiness, walked to his long lost daughters home where he died with a smile on his face, the whole kingdom knew he was the "King of Happiness" and what he had done. On his Head Stone was engraved "Here lies the King Of Happiness Whose Riches where not Gold, and whom Castle was not made of stone. His wealth made of Bliss and his Palace made of Contentment. Shall the "king of Happiness" Forever be in the Presents of the Prince of Peace."

Shooting Congressmen

Regardless of someones motives in causing harm to another human being, i would like to say the free exercising of the 2nd amendment assures ones personal safety from those who would intend to cause us harm.

Armed security, an Armed elected official is the freedom to provide ones own security and safety. If I would have been at a rally or an event where some individual wanted to pull a gun and shoot UNARMED individuals, that individual would have had one hell of a surprise when, one of the spectators, me, pulled a Smith & Wesson 1911 .45 and and shot him dead before he could hurt anyone.

I feel the same about Virginia Tech, If one student in that class room was packing a fire arm for his or her own personal protection, then the only dead student would have been the idiot who walked into that class room with the intent of shooting unarmed fellow students. It would not have been a bloodbath as it was.

The best victims are unarmed people, they cant fight back all they can do is run in terror and get shot. It has been repeatedly proven that armed citizens defend themselves and deter criminal acts against themselves and others.

I have compassion for those who lost loved ones and those who where injured. However, I would say that if they had been packing a .45 automatic would have turned out a hell of a lot different.

Elements of a World War

I turn on the television as I see troops overseas, I hear that the U.S. dollar is the worst currency in the world, I see the impact of the rapidly declining economy everywhere. I see an inevitable war on the horizon and its conflicts are the remnants of the Great War Parts 1 & 2, That's WWI and WWII.

With the resent Korean Attacks and the US Meeting with China it is Clear to see that with the U.S reinforcing the militarization of south Korea that a major conflict is foresee by all four nations concerned.

The middle-east is still a region of conflict with Israel and Palestine, and the conflict in Afghanistan. Then in Africa their is the Ethiopian-Sudan Conflict. The Conflicts in Morocco, and several others across the world set the same stage just as we had pre world war one. Which reminds me Kosivo and Serbia are still in Conflict all these years.

Clusters of world conflicts, and global economic recession are two key ingredients in a global war. One must reflect on history and realize that all these issues at hand, these, current wars and battles being fought today are in fact unresolved conflicts left over from world war 1 and 2.

If things around the world continue to escalate it will erupt into THE GREAT WAR part 3.

The Fall of the United States

Its ease to read history and claim the liberty of are forefathers that rebeled agaist the tyranny and opression of King George. To read the history of the civil war and take sides with the north or the south. Yet, few will see the underlining history that tells a story of the lose of freedom.

In 1776 the country was founded and government was instituted to insure freedom for the people. A nation for the people and by the people. It was warned that political parties would threaten liberty, that a central banking system would destroy us, they warned against a standing arming, and they created a reprentive democrace, a free republic. Then we see sides drawn and those who wanted a strong central government where called federalist and those who supported states rights and indiviual autonomy where called anti-federalist. It was know that a constitution had to be instituted to be the chains upon the federal government least we slide into despotism. Over time the struggle for central power game to the point where states secceeded from the Union and a confederation of southern states came in to being.which lead to civil war and the birth of the federation. Up until this time our system of government of a unitarian government system and when the Fed's forced the Confederates back into the one nation it could only hold them by a federal system of government.

Then we see the buttonwood agreement and the stockmarket. I always cheer when I watch the movie Fight Club and the towers of high finance are blown up. However, when I watch the stock footage of the twin towers I morn for the lives that where lost on the september morn.

I watch people in the grocery story and I see over weight mothers with their over weight vhildren pushing overloaded shoping carts through the check out. The swipe their EBT cards (food stamps) and sigh their WIC voutchers. this aquired (self-inflicted) condition that they call the disease of obesity it only one of the social economic conditions affecting the people of the united states. And it is more then just obisity and over eatting that plegues us. It is nutrition. The Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) is the leading cause of most health conditions. And the FDA is not doing anything to save us, in fact they are helping to kill us.

What we put in are bodies is the fule and esents of life, vital for homostisus. That is maintaining you bodies natural chimical balance. Most people think not about what they put in their body they think only of the teast and how they feel. They never ask,"is this good for me?"

We consume many things not fit for humen consumption. And with government regulations if takes a indiviual with a steady income and a knowlege of his own introcarnolorgy to seek out whe vitms and minerals and such that his body needs. However, if your situation is working single parent with three kids to feed you will take what you get like food stamps, even the dollar menu at McDonalds can seem like a financial blessing. Over the past ten years I have seen the light of liberty fade and the constitution be disregurded by those sworn to protect it. The most arrent thing all has been the people seating idlely by and other encouraging these Unconstitution hanious actions made by our law makes. Rather be the signing of the Brady bill by President Clinton, or the signing of the Patriot Act by President George W. Bush. Both act directly violated the Constitution and those who cared where discounted as unpatriotic because we opposed the president. Now congress has directly violated the Constitution by passing the health care reform bill and we who opposed it where called insinsitive or poor haters. The reality is we care about freedom and wish to preserve liberty and the Constitution.

We have lobbyed legislative bodies, educated the public, ran for public offices, and we have even petitioned the government to only become discouraged, disenfranchised, and disgruntaled. It seemd we are fighting a losing fight. In such a civil political engagment with in the voting both. the democrats and the republicans both have legislative and bueacratic control over election and political and finacial influence over the media. It is not surprising that our just cuase has be a stuggle seeming in vain.

I need not to point out every Constitutional violation made by the states, congress, senate, the president, and municipalities. Libertarians and constitutionalist know. Yesterday, Liberty slipped through the fingers of the People of the United States. With the Passage of the Health Care Reform Bill the last of are rights and freedoms as citizens of the United States Where taken away.

Many People believe and feel that this was a good thing, that it was the right thing to do, that they as Americans are entitled to health care. The reality is that it is not free Health care that it will need to be funded. Where is the money to pay for health care for all going to come from? It will come from the working class who all ready have been paying federal income tax, social security tax and medicare tax. This will create a bigger burden on the working class who are struggling to eat, pay mortgages or rent, and care for the needs of their children.

Since the regulations of health care insurance that have in effect provided low premiums to customers and enabled health care providers to charge more for services. This then gave power to the inference companies to choose what they will and will not cover. Then in time insurance premiums went up and the average person then could not afford either health care or insurance. So the people in turn where put in a position to go to the government for help. We have seen generations of poor families stuck in an economic rut due to the welfare state. These low income families trying to survive have taken on welfare, disability, food stamps, Medicaid and medicare. The limited health care has burdened them in long lines waiting to receive service, it has prevented them from obtaining employment cause they will lose such services if they make too much money, therefore they would be denying their children food, and health care.

We have be born in to a government dependent state, since LBJ and the New Deal Coalition that introduced Income tax withholding, Social security, Medicaid and medicare. Most people believe that their taxes they pay on Social Security and Medicare are "Paid into" so that they have a benefit when they retire. the fact is that their taxes are taken to pay other peoples benefits now, those who are currently on Social Security and Medicare. The system is so broke that the Government must reallocate funds from somewhere else to pay all the benefits out each month. Tax payers pay only about 40% and the rest comes from other sources. With 80% Taxation on the Average Person we have more taxes then we did 50 Years ago.
Then we have corporate welfare where the Government (Bush and Obama) have "Bailed-out" the Banking, Mortgage, and Auto Manufacture industries federalizing the private sectors. The Value of the U.S Dollar continues to decline and the Federal Reserve which is a PRIVATE Bank prints are dollars that we must pay interest on. That interest is paid in U.S. Saving Bonds.The Dollar not being backed by any commodity like Gold is Fiat Currency and is not authorized by the U.S. Constitution.

The Patriot Act has created a policed state in the U.S. and signed into law by George Bush has not been Repealed By President Obama. Liberty has been cut down by since Bush Sr., even Clinton who signed the Reinvestment Act which in effect caused the Mortgage Crises. Was it not Clinton who invested Social Security Monies in to the Stock Market which later crashed after 911.

This snow ball effect has eroded our liberties. Many Americans have not confidence in the Constitution and Believe is and out dated Document. They would rather have Free health care than freedom. They will gladly give up essential liberties for a little temporary Safety and security.

When the Health care bill passes many said that the government did something rights for a changes. Although it may be a noble and charitable cause to care for the health care needs of the people IT IS NOT THE ROLL OF GOVERNMENT. If you seek your health care need to being taking care or go to your church or a private charity. Try talking to your Doctor and negotiate a payment plan to pay for health care services.
Even the Pharmaceutical Companies are regulated and controlled by government. In fact no one can go into business to sale and market a new medication unless they have millions of dollars to pat the Government even then it will take at least ten years before you could even sale one pill.

So in the Next ten years we will see limited coverage, less doctors, The decline of the Quality of medical care, the increase in taxation, the increase of unemployment, the increase of homelessness, and the decline in the quality of living.

On January 4th, 2010, Cecil Anthony Ince of Irving Texas filed to run for office. That office is the Texas State House 105th district, he is opening a coffee house in March. He will be in the Libertarian Party Convention in March and as of yesterday, which was the last day to file, he will be uncontested for the Libertarian Party Nomination. You Probably read the title of this blog and wondered, "What the hell is he talking about now? American Federal Socialism?" Well, yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. President George W. Bush left so many Federalist Executive Orders in effect upon exiting the Oval Office, many who voted for current President Obama "Hoped" that he would of repealed the Bush Federalist Policies. Instead, Obama has done nothing to revert or change any of or either of Bush the first or seconds Policies. It was President Bush who started the "Bail-Out" Programs, and Obama continued in the steps of his predecessor. Not to mention that it was President Clinton who signed a bill that inevitably lead to the Mortgage Crises.

So what we see here in the United States of America, is a near mirror image repeat of what befall upon Germany Post World War 2. Stock Market Crash, Mortgage Crises, Economic Crises, Banking Crises, A depression of national proportion.

Here in the U.S. we have a constitution that the central government seems to forget 90% of the time or when its convenient. Like when passing a National health care Bill, or an executive order like the Patriot Act 1 and 2.

National Medical Care

It is appalling to hear congress or the Senate to take up a bill for national health care. I still can not find it anywhere in the Constitution where it enumerates the right to government to legislate such an issue. in fact, it does say "rights not enumerated herein are reserved to the people and the states respectively."

Our central government has violated states right, censored the first amendment, compromised the second amendment and breached the fourth amendment. And anyone who says its for our safety I tell you you deserve neither liberty nor safety. Free speech, the right to bare arms and the right to security for unreasonable search and censor are just three areas of constitutional violations by our Government.

Now they tend to strip up of another right that has been reserved to the people. May be a clear message needs to be sent to congress that they can't ignore. don't get me wrong I make no threats of violence. I make threats of a civil political engagement, take that for what it is worth.

Dammed all Democrats and republicans it makes me sick to think that the media and the people care more about what Joe Lieberman has to say over Ron Paul. and the Libertarians in which I support are doing all they can in the corner the media has put them in.

I am scared to think what kind of world this is going to be tomorrow. I was passing through a north Texas city recently and notice a high police presents higher than normal. I was informed that i needed to smoke behind the building of this fast food restaurant because the police would ticket me if they seen me. Then the Campaigner campaigns and puts out yard signs and debates and raises money, only taking about WHAT he WOULD DO IF elected to office. The problem is that he hasn't done anything creditable to Politics that make him an electable candidate. What about Bob Barr? Well he WAS a republican. However, I would like to say that many Libertarians are making progress at local levels, the problem here is that these positions are either appointed or non-partisan. What Makes a party Candidate Reputable? that's not just the individual its the party. the passing of Legislation, standing up for the little guy, and working together as a party. AS a candidate the party reflects on you and as a party the candidate reflects on us. The solution is for the parties to focus on local structure, precincts, committees and wards. The county parties need to focus on county and committee issues and petitioning to get libertarian legislation passed. The State Parties need to lobby and petition the state on statewide issues. Once the party undertakes this, libertarian legislation will Begin to move and the party more creditable.

It makes me sick to here congress of the Senate pass socialist of Federalist legislation, and they do so with out conscience if the US Constitution. I hear the Tea Party people protect socialism, cry for freedom, yet are Unconstitutional Federalist in Philosophy. Then we have the Libertarian Party whom I say "United WE Stand, Divided we Fall". ObamaCare, Universal Health Care, Socialized Medicine.....call it what you like. I set here typing and the words I want to say like motherfuckin' bullshit just want to come out. However I will spare you the profanity.

Many people rightly declare that Government Health Care is a Good Thing and very much needed. Many others protest against any form of Government heath care. Both sides present a very good argument and too me both sides are missing the mark.

Personally, Government needs to stay out of health care; I say this because of the 10th amendment of the US Constitution. You know that document that authorizes a restrains the powers of government. It’s the truth, for those of you who support a Government Health Care, It is not an enumerated power in the constitution as a right or power or responsibility of the Federal Government. If you want the Government to provide health care you needs to amend the Constitution, because rights not enumerated in the constitution are reserved to the states and the people.

As for those on the other side of the health care debate, the insurance companies that are also known as special interest groups in Washington D.C. can be just as bad as the Government. You want to trade Bureaucracy for Corporatocracy what’s the difference? You can sue a Corporation. Still it is power of the people freely surrendered to an elite group. One being politicians the other being CEOs of multimillion dollar corporations.

Frankly, I will not WILLING surrendered any of my rights or liberties to anyone. I will not participate in any aspect of FEDERAL HEALTH CARE. I will NOT pay any TAX that funds it nor will I use any serves offered under it.

I say this for the following reasons:

1. My health is my responsibility and No One Else’s.
2. Health Care has to be paid for somehow; either taxes or premiums, I'd rather pay direct for services.
3. Insurance in a scam to begin with. Medical services are so expensive forcing individuals to get insurance to begin with. This has ultimately leaded us to seeking Federal Health Care. I won't have it.
4. Preventive Medicine is where I Eat right, Exercise, and take care of myself.
5. If I can’t afford a Doctor I need to a) Find a Doctor I Can Afford. b) Get a better paying Job. c) Do what I can to care for myself.

It’s not other people’s responsibility to care for my needs. Hell, what happened to self-reliance and self sufficiency?

If its reform you want then the Insurance Industry is what needs reform, as well as the medical industry. If every time I go to the Doctor and all I get is my vitals checked, my lungs listened to and the doctor pokes on my belly. Here we are on day six of President Obama's Administration, and he has rescinded the "Mexico City Policy", aka: "the Mexico City Gag rule" or "the Global Gag Rule".

it is a well know fact and nothing new to know that the majority of republicans are pro-life and democrats are pro-choice. A liberal is pro-abortion and a conservative is anti-abortion. Intentional abortions have been occurring since ancient times and is not a new practice, the moral aspects of terminating a pregnancy of been debated just as long. This blog is not a debate of the morality of abortion or weather or not it should be legal or not. There are two points to this article, one: should abortion be a political issue of US policy, and two: medical science as advanced and abortion should be considered a primitive medical practice.

I am neither pro-choice nor am I pro-life in respect to abortion. In fact I view it as a primitive medical practice and it is out dated considering the advances in modern medical science. Abortion is obsolete, but in the minds of most people it black or white there is no middle-of-the-road solution. You either carry the child to term or you abort the pregnancy. These people stand behind whichever position they hold to and see no other way. Their position on the issue may be due to their respective religious beliefs or their political ideology, it make little difference in the debate when they allow no room for an alternative. Some people take the alternative position of adoption, yet still advocate against abortion. A woman would still have to carry the child to term and deliver the baby. Others debate when life begins and still others take a woman’s choose position. It is still the same debate pro and con, and a third option is not considered in anyone’s eyes.

Before writing this blog I was listening to the ignorant Bill O'Reilly on the radio and I turned off the radio when he became talking about the constitution and our founding fathers, I believe he was about to say that if abortion was practiced like it is today that it would have been included in the constitution to protect the life of the fetus. Hears your wake-up Bill, Abortion was practiced in the 1700's and the common political position taken by are founding fathers was it wasn't the role of government to legislate on such issues, hence why it was not an issue even brought up in during the period of 1776 to 1789. In fact, the advancement of medical sciences in the United States had a great deal to do with the fact that the Government allowed these men of science to do what they do without any government regulations, the AMA was not founded until 1847. The only opposition that most scientist and doctors ran in to was individual disagreement with their practices and ideas. Generally, individual ethics may have prevented these practitioners from treating individuals. Take blood transfusions for instance, my people morally objected to it when it was first introduced. However, in a free society there is no need to legislating either for or against such and issue. It is up to the individual if they will participate in such a medical practice. However, it is forced up on them, the laws of they land are set up so that the individual can hold the doctor liable for subjecting him to a treatment against his will, and the doctor can be sued for his un wanted actions.

In 1776, if a woman conceived a child and decided she did not want to mother it, she had several choices. Being a free country in those days, the government and the states did not dictate to her what she could or could not do. So she was free to do as she wanted. She could carry the fetus, give birth to it then drop it off on a church or neighbors doorstep. And no she was not arrested for abandonment, in fact it was view as if some parent couldn't care for it and the wellbeing of the child was more important then arresting an unfit mother. She could inflect harm upon herself be hitting herself in the stomach too, endure strenuous physical labor and self induced a miscarriage upon herself. Also she could consult the local doctor and he would refer her to a practitioner that could perform an abortion. She may have to travel to see this man or he would travel to her and perform the procedure in her home. These where the options she had if she did not wish to mother a child. Typically a woman only sought to terminate a pregnancy if she conceived out of wedlock or conceived from a man other than her husband. So you see that the government did not interfere and each was free to choose as they would. And just because one disagreed with another’s choose did not infringe upon another’s freedom. In others words, They were free to live as they choose to live their live and that freedom was not invalidated just because someone believed it wrong.

Today, we are not free and freedom is only a fantasy in are mind. We are free up until someone thinks something is wrong then they pass a law to prevent anyone from doing what they think to be wrong. So as long as we are within the law we are free, that’s not freedom that’s tyranny. The law is to preserve our freedom not limit it.

So Abortion is not a political issue, it is a medical practice and in the Free Republic of the United States it is the Freedom of each individual to decide for them selves weather or not abortion is right for them or not. Moral or not go to church and figure out the morality of it, it's not the role of government to legislate morality. Think for you self and stop telling others what’s right and what’s wrong let them live by their own moral, believes and thoughts.

As for the fact that abortion is outdated and primitive, allow me to introduce you to "Ectogenesis". A word you’re probably not familiar with since you’ve been to busy debating abortion.

Ectogenesis is part of a "New" Medical procedure that terminates a pregnancy within a woman, yet spares the life of the fetus. This Procedure states with a surgery that transplants the fetus from its mothers uterus to an artificial womb. The surgery is somewhat like a Caesarean section, the abdomen is opened exposing the uterus the placenta and amnion (the sac that the fetus is inside of) are removed and then placed into an artificial womb. Where the fetus develops until full term where the infant can breathe on its own. After that the child can be adopted out or the grandparents can come and claim the child or whatever. The pregnancy is terminated and the fetus survives.

So let’s promote Ectogenesis and let the practice of abortion end and be a reference in the history books that notes it as a medical procedure no longer practiced.

2008 "New Deal"

So history repeats itself. The first "New Deal" program imposed by FDR from 1933 to 1936 introduced the United States to the "nanny" state of Government Welfare programs. Many program that where declared "Un-Constitutional" by the U.S. Supreme Court. Some are still in operation today: Social Security, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Fannie Mae.

The Banking crisis of 2008, allowed congress to provide a $700 billion financial bail-out package for these banks in crisis. Roosevelt introduced a several new programs within his first 100 days in office, just as President Obama has proposed in his agenda.

Today, we face farther socialization of the American Economy. More and more people are asking for a government hand out making is more and easier for the government to create more socialist programs with little resistance. Whether it be the I.R.S., the Federal Trade Commission, the FDIC, Social Security, or many others. Their origin has a purely Liberal or Socialist basics. The Redistribution of wealth, and providing government assistance to individuals and corporations, is exactly that, Socialist. These programs work as double standard. One, they take from the corporations to provide assistance to the poor and working class. The other is to take from the working class and provide to the corporation. Either way these services are paid for in Taxes, taxes collected from the working class and the corporations. And Corporations cut financial corners, they pay these taxes imposed upon them by outsourcing, cutting employee wages, laying employees off and many other methods in order to increase profits and still meet government imposed taxes and regulation.

Today we find Obama is the New Roosevelt, and the citizens of the U.S. want more and look to the government for help. I don't matter if they are a CEO of a major corporation or a taxi driver in New York. Even the homeless in Detroit hope that they will get a hand out. I've turned on the T.V. recently and have heard several individual in reference to those 2008 corporate bail-outs ask where their bail-outs are.So they Government talks about economic stimulus packages on one hand then they talk about tax cuts on the other. Where the hell is the money coming from? The Federal Reserve Bank, I guess the Government will get another Loan from the Federal Reserve and increase our debt to this "Private" Bank. All they have to do is print more paper bills and then charge us interest on ever note they print. What a fucking quagmire we have inherited!

Some of us are so stupid with disillusionment that they have no other excuse for themselves. Then there are those who are educated, yet they still endorse our current system of Government by not opposing it. Then you have individuals that seem to be fighting a losing battle, they protest and they speak out and yet few open their eyes to the truth they speak. Then you have the Sheep that "don't care" because it don't affect them, or they feel powerless. Some vote, some choose not to vote, yet we all have an ability to do something about it. Yet, last year we elected Obama.

Liberty is dying and it seems the majority of people would let her die because it they try to save her they fear they will lose their government assistance. How many of you rely on your income tax refund every year, waiting by your mail box for that check? If you lived in a free society that was constitutional and stood by the principles of our founding fathers you'd have to have some self-sufficiency and self-reliance. Who'd think about taking care of their own with out welfare or social security or Medicaid or Medicare, what about unemployment benefits or general relief?It to scary to think about not having the support of Uncial Sam and having to do for yourself, let alone helping you neighbor.

It not even the role of government to even bail them out Read the Constitution it makes it clear what the role of Government is. And no where in the Constitution does it say that the Government is to provide health care for the people, no where in the constitution does it grant congress the authority to "Bail-out" any corporation. Hell the 16th amendment was not even legally ratified by the states, this has been argued pro and con, and I stand behind the principle the "No man has the right to the fruit of my labor.

Well, I would like to take another perspective; how would Thomas Jefferson and Barack Obama Measure up to each other. What would Thomas Jefferson do if he was president today?

President Obama plans to Rebuild the Military for 21st Century Tasks, "build up our special operations forces, civil affairs, information operations, and other units and capabilities that remain in chronic short supply; invest in foreign language training, cultural awareness, and human intelligence and other needed counterinsurgency and stabilization skill sets; and create a more robust capacity to train, equip, and advise foreign security forces, so that local allies are better prepared to confront mutual threats. "

"Expand to Meet Military Needs on the Ground: Obama and Biden support plans to increase the size of the Army by 65,000 soldiers and the Marine Corps by 27,000 Marines. Increasing our end strength will help units retrain and re-equip properly between deployments and decrease the strain on military families."

Other ideas on Obama's Defense agenda are to Fully Equip Our Troops, Review Weapons Programs, Preserve Global Reach in the Air, Maintain Power Projection at Sea, National Missile Defense, Ensure Freedom of Space, Protect the U.S in Cyberspace, Equip, Support, and Modernize the National Guard and Reserve, and Integrate Military and Civilian Efforts.

Disabilities
Jefferson believed in a rigorous interpretation of the constitution and would more than likely would say the is a noble companionate and even the Christian thing to do, it is not the roll of government to provide in this area, neither is the duty to do so delegated to congress, the senate, the presidency, nor the supreme court.

President Obama's agenda is to empower individuals with disabilities. Obama plans to provide Americans with disabilities with the educational opportunities they need to succeed by funding the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

President Obama wants to end discrimination and promote equal opportunity by restoring the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Present Obama plans to increase the employment rate of workers with disabilities.

President Obama's Agenda includes support independent, community-based living for Americans with disabilities by enforcing the Community Choice Act.

Economy
Jefferson's budget cuts to the Army and Navy

Obama wants to make an immediate investment to ensure that within five years, all of America’s medical records are computerized.

President Obama's agenda states the equipping of tens of thousands of schools, community colleges, and public universities with 21st century classrooms, labs, and libraries.

Obama wants to expand broadband across America, so that a small business in a rural town can connect and compete with their counterparts anywhere in the world.

President Obama plans to invest in the science, research, and technology that will lead to new medical breakthroughs, new discoveries, and entire new industries.

Education
Jefferson believed that tax-subsidized elementary schools should be wholly governed by parents of the local neighborhood who had children attending as students, not by any "general authority of the government" at a municipal, state, or federal level.

Without the preeminence of local parents and a market-responsive educational structure, Jefferson observed, a government-subsidized education system was doomed to failure.

Jefferson believed in using peer pressure, rather than legal force, to encourage citizen families and children to educate themselves.

Jefferson believed that the upbringing of children is in the first instance was a "power reserved to the people" instead of a "power reserved to the States" or a power expressly granted to the federal government. Jefferson understood that children are not a creature of the state.

Thomas Jefferson advocated family autonomy and privacy.

Thomas Jefferson opposed to any government intrusion or monitoring pertaining to private homes or families.

President Obama agenda is to expand Early Head Start and Head Start, Provide affordable High-Quality Child Care, Reform No Child Left Behind, Support High-Quality Schools and Close Low-Performing Charter Schools, double funding for the Federal Charter School Program
Make Math and Science Education a National Priority, Address the Dropout Crisis passing legislation to provide funding to school districts to invest in intervention strategies in middle school -- strategies such as personal academic plans, teaching teams, parent involvement, mentoring, intensive reading and math instruction, and extended learning time, expand High-Quality Afterschool Opportunities, Support College Outreach Programs, support College Credit Initiatives, support English Language Learners, prepare Teachers, retain Teachers, and reward Teachers.

And there are many more issues. So far Jefferson would reduce government, cut government spending dramatically, end government education and establish tax-subsidized elementary schools Governed by School board of parents. Jefferson would pull all our troops and navel ships home. Jefferson would close all are foreign bases, and would impose embargos on Iran and all other terrorist groups. Emigration would be open, the welfare state would end, and the border issue would not be a federal government concern, and many other "Radical Restoration" would occur in the Federal Government.

Obama's Agenda will cost allot of money, tax payer money, it will dramatically increase the size of government and will erode even more personal liberty, like there is much now.
